Who I am Aaron Perry: 3 time elected city of Waukesha Alderman & 13 year resident of Wisconsin. Father of 3 young children who all attend public school. I’m am active in networking the regional private business and public sector community. Why I am Running I’m running for assembly because proven leadership from Waukesha County is urgently needed. Far too many GOP incumbents has sat on their hands while being able to run unopposed. In district 97, Rep. Scott Allen has time and again embarrassed or ignored his constituents. I’m known for pragmatic representative leadership. I’ve done it longer in Waukesha than Rep. Allen has in Madison. Visit my Website: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/ap2020

Who I am I’m a recent graduate that was raised on a farm outside of Readstown in the 96th District. Having been raised in a military family, I have witnessed firsthand inspiring examples of dedication, faith and active community involvement. These examples have instilled in me a strong sense of duty and service. Why I am Running I’m at a unique place in my life where I am able to commit 100% of my time and effort to serving this district. I aim to provide a fresh voice and new energy to the Wisconsin Legislature. The policies of today will impact the future my generation inherits and I believe that we should have a hand in crafting those policies. Visit my Website: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/jaynes96

Who I am Jodi was elected to the Assembly in 2018. Before being elected, Jodi was the Director of Public Policy at a anti-human trafficking organization. She and her husband, Julian, live in Eau Claire and have two grown daughters. Why I am Running Being an elected official is about serving her community for Jodi. Her priorities include affordable and accessible healthcare, public education funding, criminal justice reform, protecting the environment and strengthening the middle class with good paying jobs and safe and affordable housing. The most important issues facing the state legislature in the next two years will be fairly drawing new legislative maps and making sure that the economic recovery from the covid crisis has a people centered approach. Who I am I am young Democrat and I am running to bring progressive values back to Wisconsin. Why I am Running Everyone knows that Big Business has great representation in Madison – it’s the everyday people of Wisconsin that need it. I will represent the people of Wisconsin. The Legislature needs a fresh start. A few less talks and a few more doers who haven’t forgotten why they are there – to put people first. Everyone can see that every issue turns into a partisan dog fight in Madison. We need Legislators who will remember that Wisconsin is stronger together. Who I am My Mom’s parents were dairy farmers near Fond du Lac, back when family farms were a way of life in Wisconsin. My uncle still owns the farm to this day, although the cows are long gone. My Dad was a foreman in the tool and die industry in Kaukauna, until that moved out of town. His entire family worked at the paper mill. Their dream for me and my sister, a bank teller in Oshkosh, was to go to college, and they fought to get us there. I graduated from the University of Minnesota and then came home to the University of Wisconsin for medical school and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology, earning a Master’s Degree in Public Health along the way, as well as a student loan debt burden that I am still paying off to this day. As a physician, I have the privilege…

Who I am A lifelong Wisconsinite, born in Superior and raised in Oshkosh, I have been living in Wausau, Wisconsin since 1993. Growing up I attended parochial school and had instilled in me a strong sense of social justice and the need to work towards a more fair and inclusive society. As the 7th of 9 children my family did not have a lot of money so if we wanted something extra we had to be creative and work for it. I started working as soon as I was able to wield a snow shovel and push a lawnmower and have been working ever since. I have worked in almost every sector of the economy during my life and have seen the increasing struggle of many coworkers as the years ticked by. I attended OW-Oshkosh but left to join the Air Force prior to completing my degree. I served in…

Who I am My name is Jacob Malinowski, I’m 22 years old, and I’m running for State Assembly in the placed I’ve lived my entire life. I graduated valedictorian from the public schools in Greendale, and after four years at Yale University, I came back to be an advocate for my community. My father is a carpenter, and his father owned a union shop in Milwaukee — I get what it means to roll up your sleeves and do your job. I also have a strong commitment to service: I worked 3 different retail jobs in my community (including McDonald’s for $7.25/hr) to pay for college, I served on the Greendale School Board, and I volunteer every year with a veterans organization to teach young men about our country’s values. Why I am Running I never thought I would run for office — I much preferred working behind-the scenes. Then,…
